1. Obey national laws, rules and regulations as well as regulations released by Certification & Accreditation Institutes; be responsible for correctness of test reports.

2.Carry out tests strictly based on standards /requirements indicated by customers in corresponding Testing Application Forms.  

3. Provide scientific, impartial, accurate and satisfactory services for customers.

4. Keep test results and relevant technical documents of customers strictly secret; protect intellectual property rights and patent rights of customers.

5.Maintain a good work ethic, strictly follow test procedures and standards, and implement management system in a continuous and effective way.

6. All staffs shall guarantee to resist all kinds of economic allure, never abuse of power for personal gains and never be affected by any external factors, in order to maintain independence and seriousness of test work.

7. We guarantee not to have any beneficial relations associated with test activity, test data and test results.

8. We will never take part in any commercial and technical activities which have adverse influence on test results and data, to endure independence of test work and credibility of test results.

9. In no case shall we take part in product design, research& development, production, application or maintenance relating to test objects.
